The most efficiency of an air compressing system is achieved by ensuring amount of in-flowing air equals to out-flowing air. In a traditional air compressor, this is done by using such as “loading/unloading”, “system on /off”, “in-flow air congestion control” processing methods.
However, the disadvantages of those mentioned methods involve limited adjustable levels, frequent usage of the air value and some electronic components therefore reduced air compressor life-cycle. Aiming on making a breakthrough on the traditional technology, our frequency-controlled air compressor controls the in-flowing air by controlling the rotating velocity therefore it’s rotating velocity of the electronic motor. The varying of out-flowing air now is varying as the adjustable level, also reducing the frequency of turn on /off the air-valve and usage of other electronic elements. Therefore energy efficiency and increased life-cycle are the outstanding highlights of our designed frequency-controlled air compressor.
The frequency of the input pressure can be varied to meet various individual needs. The recommended pressure is normally set to be no greater than the maximum processing pressure which is the unloading pressure. In this case air compressor works more efficiently, with minimized chance of occurring such as lines leakage.
